We ship all UK orders with DPD for the fastest & most reliable service. This is a next business day delivery service. All packages are insured and trackable to a 1 hour delivery window, which you will be made aware of from DPD via email/SMS.

DHL EXPRESS
We ship all International orders with DHL Express for the fastest & most reliable service. Delivered Monday - Friday, Fully Tracked with DHL on Demand Delivery in flight available - email/SMS updates and Signature Release. 

Order before 3pm GMT Monday to Friday and your order will be processed and dispatched the same day. 

Orders placed after 3pm GMT on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, may only be shipped on Monday. During busier periods it can sometimes take up to two working days for your order to be shipped. 

If products are to be delivered to a destination outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. You will be responsible for any such charges. FITNS is not liable to pay any import duties or taxes under any circumstances. 

We do not offer DPD services to the postcodes below. If you place an order to any of these postcodes the DPD delivery method will automatically change to Royal Mail Tracked 24.
