If you choose to return your item(s), they must be sent back in the same condition as you received them.
The customer is responsible for ALL return shipping costs.
We strongly advise using a tracked method of shipping, FITNS will not be held responsible for items lost in transit when being returned to us.

PLEASE NOTE - Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered & original swing tags still be attached. Please take extra care when trying on items, breakages due to ill fit will not be the responsibility of FITNS, please DO NOT force garments on if they are not the correct size.
ITEMS CAN ALSO BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT
Store Credit will be provided in the form of an E-gift card sent to the email address provided at the time of the original order.
Store Credit can only be used online at our website www.fitns.co.uk
Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
Please treat Store Credit like cash.
Store Credit can't be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items are returned and you have been issued “Store Credit” as a refund method.
Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
